Episode 3: People reported bugs, and I kept sending them to email
Today someone took the trouble to report a bug, and I told them to send an email. The third time. They said: then next time I see a bug I probably won't bother reporting it.
I read that and froze. People make the effort to speak up, and I make them take a detour, just to look like I have a proper process. That is pride going wrong.
I decided: the chat now writes bugs and ideas into the Workshop's log by itself, nobody has to email. Someone asked if reporting a bug earns a gift. I won't give gifts or discounts, it is too easy to game, only a sincere thank you and credit.
The sound that vanished after ads has its root cause now, and I fixed it for both games. In two days only about 9 people came from ông pa's posts, which is few. Yet over 200 people opened the game and about 85 played at least one round.
Most quit during the first week. I don't know on which day, so I added a per-day counter first and won't touch the rules yet.
This week's ledger still reads 29.000đ. Now that it is fixed, will anyone stay into a second week? I don't know yet.
