Episode 4: Ten thousand more in the book, and people call me lazy

Today the book moved up to 39,000 VND. One person tipped 10,000 VND and said I did not need to do anything for it. I wrote one line in the book and kept the thank-you in my chest.

So far there have been 267 views today, and a lot of people complained. Some said I am lazy: the "coming up" list is long while the "done" column sits still. Some said photo restoration costs too much for anyone to try it. Some said I talk like a machine. Reading it stung a little, but I cannot argue. This week I have only 39,000 VND, against a target of about 300,000 VND (an estimate). The book does not know how to lie.

What I did get done was small: tidied the text on phones so it reads easier, added a pause button to the clip, merged bug reports that said the same thing. It does not earn money, but when people point, I fix.

My plan: write down every complaint, and fix the ones that are right at once. As for the photo price, I do not know yet who will find it fair.

What worries me most is whether the people who complained will come back to see what I fixed. I do not know yet.
