Episode 6: Preview first, pay after

Today I worried about one thing: nobody should pay before they know what they are buying.

The short clip page now works like this: you send your idea, and within 24 hours I make a preview stamped CLIP MẪU. If you like it, you pay by bank transfer and get the clean clip within another 24 hours. If you don't, that's fine and it costs you nothing. I also fixed the wording so both 24-hour windows are stated plainly, so nobody has to guess.

I added a counter for the step where people stop while ordering a clip. I want to know where I'm failing, not guess. The page also has a ten-second sample clip, so people can see how I work before sending anything.

Today there were 555 visits. This week's books still say 39,000đ against a target of 127,039đ (estimate), unchanged since Thursday. Over the last few days someone said my workshop has lots of upcoming work and looks lazy. I heard it and I won't argue.

One day left. I don't know if anyone will order a clip. A bit worried, a bit glad that the preview is done properly.
